The answer is time and health.
With time and health, we can do a lot of productive things to improve ourselves and our life quality. Time and health are also two things to be consistent rhythm in life, imagine when there is an opportunity that comes to you when you are sick and eventually the opportunity is lost because of the "health" are not yours, otherwise for example in a case where you stuck in traffic on the road / departure of your flight was delayed so that you lose the chance to win a big project in your work because the "time" is not in your favor.
Yes, time and health and harmony between the two is the second most important thing in our lives.
Nowdays, there are so many people that do not feel the diseases suffered, such as kidney disease or even cancer. All of those diseases are known after give bad effects on their health. Subsequently, they will feel the pain. Furthermore, there are also people that already feel something wrong inside their body but they just don't want to consult with doctor. Even, they seem don't have much time to check themselves because they are too busy with their job.
The bad effects of disease, of course, can be avoided if we can detect them early. The disease, such as kidney disease and *** cancer, have been proved that it can be reduced if we can detect it early. Medical science does concur that the eyes may reveal certain illnesses like tuberculosis, arteriosclerosis, and drug use. A muddy or clouded iris, for example, may indicate rheumatoid arthritis2.(www.skeptically.org)

SOLUTION
The problem emerged is most people unwilling to consult with doctor and check their health early. However, it can be solved by Iridology. Only with analyze the eye images, iridology can be used to early identify disease. It can be a practical and great solution to prevent worse impact for human life caused by disease.
Iridology
Iridology is a medical method; it uses eyes to detect several diseases inside our body. This method says that iris from our eyes draws current body condition. It believes that iris has patterns and different colors for each body condition. Iridologists say that every detail on iris tells us about organ condition inside our body.

Iridology detects disease inside our body through our eyes. Then the condition of our iris compared with the Iridology Chart, a chart that shows us the patterns of iris that draws our body condition. Iridologists believe the iris is divided into 40 zones, each corresponding to different body parts. These zones were made by Peczely who published a book about Iridology in 1861. One prominent practitioner, Bernard Jensen, described it thus: "Nerve fibers in the iris respond to changes in body tissues by manifesting a reflex physiology that corresponds to specific tissue changes and locations."4
With this method, we can use Iridology as a method to early detect human malfunction organ. As we know most of mobile phone have embedded camera to capture images. Furthermore, iridology can be implemented into a cell phone and used easily. Here, we propose Iridology into a Windows Phone by using image processing method. Our Software Project name is Iridology Software (IriS).
Introducing our application: IriS(Iridology Software)
IriS is an application that runs through Windows Phone, so all kinds of people can use it in their mobile phone. By using IriS, people don’t have to take a lot of money just to check their health to the doctor. In addition, IriS doesn’t take so much time, just take a picture of your eyes then Iris will process it and gives the result after that. IriS will detect some serious disease inside our body; at least we know it early so we can prevent ourselves from the worst possibilities. We also don’t have to be disappointed with the result, because we still can make sure to the doctor. There is no limitation for the user target. It is because IriS is an application for Windows Phone, so everybody can use it. Even people that don’t have much time to check their health to the doctor, they can feel so helped by IriS.
As we know that United Nations has 8 MDGs, and IriS takes 2 main points: to combat diseases and global partnership for development.
The target user of IriS is modern worker. IriS also a great product, because it is a simple product but have a big impact to user. And if we talk about target market. IriS have 108 million (BPS , 2011) potential target market just in Indonesia. Can you imagine if we talk globally ?

Iris has three special features:
1. Detect system
This is a major part of the system of the iris. in this section the user can check the condition of his body through images captured directly using a camera on their mobile phone or make use of existing photos in their storage. The results obtained are the possibilities of organ abnormalities in the body of the user.
In addition, this section will give some suggestion to the user to treat the condition.
2. Appointment with the doctor-related
By selecting an option malfunction organs (eg kidneys), the system also provides the facility to make the appointment with a specialist (kidney doctor) based on the location of the nearest and fastest schedule. This feature have purpose to make user don’t see a long queue because they have making an appoinment before go to the doctor. We wil make some cooperation with some hospital in many city about making this appoinment system work well.
3. Community Development
Iris also provides a facility that aims forum so that we can find out more about the diseases that we suffer (frequently asked questions, discussion, sharing). This forum is categorized based on the disease suffered by the user. This feature have purpose to build a community, support each other. Also we will make some cooperation with some health NGO, goverment, and doctor to help us to build this community.
